Restaurant Reservation Agent

About the role

The Restaurant Reservation Agent will manage all reservation activities for the hotel’s dining outlets, ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests, including VIP arrivals. This full‑time position supports revenue growth and guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle restaurant reservations via phone, email and in‑person, maintaining accuracy and up‑to‑date records.
• Coordinate daily booking activities, prioritize VIP guests and manage special requests.
• Build relationships with guests, identify upselling opportunities and support outlet revenue initiatives.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints and collaborate with operational teams during peak periods.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to aid business performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and guest service abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
