Restaurant Reservations Agent

About the role

Join Atlantis Resorts in Dubai as a Restaurant Reservations Agent, providing telephone support to guests seeking dining experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for reservation inquiries, ensuring a seamless and memorable booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming guest calls and handle restaurant reservation requests.
• Provide accurate information about dining venues, menus, and availability.
• Resolve guest questions, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints related to reservations.
• Prepare and maintain reservation reports and assist the reservations team with administrative tasks.
• Maintain high service standards while multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call centre, front office, guest relations, hotel reservations or a similar guest‑facing role.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a patient, positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Fluent in English; additional fluency in Russian, Arabic, Chinese or French is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera reservation system.
• General computer literacy.
