Restaurant Reservations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a professional, service‑oriented Restaurant Reservations Agent to join our Food & Beverage team at Palazzo Versace Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for guests making reservations, handling inquiries and coordinating dining experiences across all hotel restaurants.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately manage restaurant reservations via phone, email and reservation platforms.
• Coordinate dining arrangements for all hotel outlets, ensuring smooth seating plans.
• Provide guests with detailed information on menus, promotions, operating hours and special events.
• Handle guest preferences, special requests and VIP arrangements.
• Liaise closely with restaurant managers and host teams to maintain luxury service standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation records and respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5‑star or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant reservation systems such as OpenTable or similar platforms.
