Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

Maison Revka is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Restaurant Supervisor to join its front‑of‑house team. The successful candidate will lead by example, maintain luxury service standards, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and well‑coordinated service.
• Maintain and enforce Maison Revka’s service, quality, and presentation standards.
• Lead, coach, and support Head Waiters, Waiters and Runners through a hands‑on management approach.
• Be actively present on the floor, assisting the team and setting the standard through example.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, confidence and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Support administrative tasks including inventory, sales and service reports, and other daily operational documentation.
• Take full ownership of the closing shift, ensuring all floor‑closing procedures and reports are completed accurately.
• Represent the brand’s image, values and service culture while fostering a positive, professional, and team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Head Waiter or an equivalent leadership role, preferably in a premium or luxury restaurant.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and developing multicultural teams.
• Excellent organisational, communication and attention‑to‑detail skills, capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, Russian, Greek, Italian or Spanish.
• Fine‑dining experience and wine knowledge are considered strong advantages.
