Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team in Dubai. You will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service excellence, and create a welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and train waiting staff, hosts and bar staff.
• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations from opening to closing.
• Oversee reservations, seating plans and dining‑room flow to maximise capacity.
• Address guest feedback promptly and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety in line with local regulations.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, inventory control and sales reporting.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings to communicate specials, targets and operational updates.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage diverse teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry.
