About the role

Conduct all operational tasks in Food & Beverage service while adhering to service standards and procedures. Go the extra mile, prevent complaints, ensure service recovery when needed, and proactively communicate with fellow team members with the guest’s interests at heart.

Key responsibilities

Execute daily F&B operational tasks and maintain high service standards.
Handle guest complaints promptly and implement effective service recovery.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Uphold brand standards and promote a guest‑centric environment.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
