Restaurants & Beverages Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Restaurants & Beverages Officer to support the effective operation and management of restaurant and beverage concessions for a major government organisation in Dubai. The role involves ensuring high standards of food quality, service and safety while collaborating with concessionaires to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant and beverage concessionaires.
• Assist in lease negotiations, renewals and rent terms.
• Monitor food quality and presentation in adherence to culinary standards.
• Collaborate with concessionaires to ensure diverse, high‑quality menu offerings.
• Ensure excellent service, cleanliness and food safety to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotions with R&B concessions.
• Prepare reports on performance and compliance.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the concessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Familiarity with health, safety and food safety regulations and protocols.
• Experience in culinary operations, customer service and business management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to use data analytic tools to evaluate sales trends and operational performance.
