Retail Design Project Manager

About the role

Based in Dubai, the Retail Design Project Manager will translate L’Oréal’s luxury brand identities into compelling boutique and shop‑in‑shop environments across the GCC and Levant. Reporting to the Retail Design Group Manager, you will lead design projects from concept through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑end layout concepts for boutiques and shop‑in‑shops that reflect brand standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end project execution, including technical drawings, budgeting, scheduling and coordination with internal marketing teams.
• Collaborate with external contractors, agencies and suppliers to ensure flawless implementation.
• Develop sustainable design solutions that enhance the physical consumer experience.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Proven experience in luxury or beauty retail design, either on the brand side or at an agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating boutique or shop‑in‑shop projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Strong project management capabilities.
