About the role
The District Retail Manager will lead Mango’s franchise stores across Dubai, driving sales growth and ensuring brand standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales increase through strategic initiatives and monitor franchise store performance.
- Develop and implement product management and merchandising strategies for franchise stores.
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners, acting as the main liaison with Mango HQ.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and support omnichannel retail practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in retail management, preferably within franchise operations.
- Proven ability to lead store teams and manage multi‑store performance.
- Strong communication and partnership skills to work with franchise owners and corporate teams.
