Retail Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Retail Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for our retail network. The role will drive profitability, optimise financial performance and support strategic decision‑making across stores.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for all retail channels.
• Analyse store performance, margins and sales trends to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with retail operations, merchandising and supply‑chain teams to improve financial outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare insightful management reports on sales, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage month‑end close processes and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Evaluate ROI on retail initiatives, promotional campaigns and new store openings.
• Support leadership with ad‑hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within retail.
• Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• BI tools proficiency (Power BI, Tableau).
