Retail Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead our luxury boutique network across multiple regions, including the UAE, Qatar and South Africa. The role combines sales performance oversight, operational excellence and client‑experience stewardship to drive growth and uphold our brand’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve annual, quarterly and monthly targets across all locations, monitoring KPIs such as conversion rate, average transaction value and client retention.
• Oversee daily boutique and POS operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, visual‑merchandising standards, inventory accuracy and after‑sales service.
• Champion an exceptional luxury client experience, applying client‑eling and CRM strategies, and reviewing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop boutique managers and retail teams, setting clear objectives, conducting performance reviews and planning succession.
• Manage dealer and partner relationships in Qatar and South Africa, ensuring brand compliance and supporting joint business reviews.
• Conduct retail audits, monitor mystery‑shopping results and enforce brand standards across all stores.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and merchandising teams on stock allocation, inventory health and product launches.
• Support planning and execution of boutique events, product launches and commercial activations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple luxury retail locations.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
• Analytical mindset for KPI monitoring, sales analysis and action‑plan implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including dealer and partner coordination.
• Ability to uphold brand standards and drive consistent client‑experience excellence.
