Retail Merchandiser – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser to support Zimmermann’s buying strategy in Dubai. You will work closely with the buying team and local stores to adapt assortments, optimise stock levels and drive sales performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Tailor buying approaches to local market needs and provide regular feedback on trends, pricing and competitor activity.
• Develop store‑by‑store assortments, depth and size grids, and adjust sales plans as required.
• Monitor stock deliveries, work with allocators to ensure timely allocations and maintain optimal regional stock levels.
• Analyse product performance, create action plans to improve sell‑through and collaborate on stock consolidation or recalls.
• Train and motivate local teams, discuss sales performance and propose incentives, visual‑merchandising pushes and other local actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in retail or collection merchandising within a fashion brand.
• Ready‑to‑wear (RTW) experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, attention to detail and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• General Microsoft Office competency.
