Retail Sales Associate – Business Bay, Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our store in Business Bay, Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and guide them to suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features, answer questions and close sales with a positive attitude.
• Process cash, card and digital payments accurately.
• Maintain tidy displays, restock shelves and keep the store presentable.
• Build relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and sales trends.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi are a plus.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic numeracy and responsibility handling cash and card transactions.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Business Bay or surrounding Dubai area is advantageous.
