Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive will deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting individual and store sales targets. Working on the shop floor in Dubai, you will assist shoppers in product selection, provide accurate information, and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide accurate product details, pricing, promotions and policies.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and ensure a consistent shopping experience.
• Proactively engage customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Promote new arrivals, special offers and identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain product knowledge, display standards, pricing and labeling.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized and replenish stock as needed.
• Assist with stock receiving, transfers, counts and inventory checks.
• Support visual merchandising and promotional displays.
• Process purchases accurately using the POS system and handle cash or card payments responsibly.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to achieve store objectives and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Participate in stock takes, promotional events and other store campaigns.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales qualification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert interactions into sales.
• Professional appearance and grooming in line with company standards.
• Team player who can support colleagues and work towards store goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
