About the role

The Retail Sales Representative will drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience within Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery at Mall of the Emirates. You will maintain store standards, support daily operations, and assist the Store Manager in ensuring smooth store performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge, and thank them upon exit.
  • Maintain a clean, organized store environment and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle POS transactions, issue gift cards, and capture customer data.
  • Support opening, closing, and store management duties, including covering for the Store Manager when required.
  • Train new staff on POS procedures and resolve any POS‑related customer issues.
  • Participate in store meetings, inventories, and achieve weekly sales targets.

Required profile

  • High school diploma.
  • 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods.
  • Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

  • POS system operation.
