Retail Store Manager – Arabic or Russian Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager who is fluent in Arabic or Russian to lead our Oakley store in Dubai. The manager will be accountable for overall store performance, profitability and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average transaction value and footfall, and implement actions to boost revenue.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising, hygiene and safety standards.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales associates, schedule staff, conduct performance reviews and foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, health and safety regulations and company SOPs.
• Handle complex customer issues, maintain a customer-first mindset and train staff on product knowledge and upselling techniques.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, loss prevention and coordinate audits.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic or Russian (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience managing a retail store, preferably in fashion or sports‑apparel.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and ability to analyse sales data.
• Excellent people‑management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labour and health‑safety regulations.
