About the role
Apple Retail is looking for a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for delivering the unique Apple experience to customers, fostering an inclusive culture, and achieving store performance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to meet performance and developmental objectives.
- Recruit, train, and retain high‑performing team members.
- Actively engage on the sales floor, modeling best practices and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Address customer and team member concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Plan and execute operational strategies to meet business priorities and store performance targets.
- Uphold company policies, protect assets and confidential information.
- Promote an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of diversity and respect.
Required profile
- Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
