Revenue Growth Strategy & Operations Internship – TikTok LIVE

About the role

We are seeking a highly strategic and data‑driven intern to support TikTok LIVE’s revenue growth in the Middle East. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations and product, focusing on creator incentives, user engagement and innovative campaign design.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to leverage analytics for creator growth and revenue drivers.
• Maintain dashboards and reports that monitor project performance and identify short‑ and long‑term growth levers.
• Work with Product and Marketing teams to optimise internal tools, localise successful initiatives and scale campaign formats.
• Assist in configuring revenue campaigns, using AI tools to iterate execution processes.
• Prepare post‑mortem analyses and comprehensive reports to evaluate campaign outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Support budget development and resource management for operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (undergraduate or graduate) with a focus on business, economics, data analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude for cross‑functional work.
• Interest in digital media, live streaming platforms and revenue generation models.
