Revenue GTM Operations Specialist (Part‑Time, Remote)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to train its newest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role focuses on applying revenue and GTM operations expertise to evaluate and refine AI‑generated outputs across core business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and improve AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Design and maintain CRM field‑mapping schemas and lead‑routing logic documents.
• Develop territory carve models and deduplication rule sets.
• Conduct pipeline hygiene audits and build funnel conversion dashboards for sales and marketing leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations.
• Proven ownership of field‑mapping schemas, lead‑routing logic, and deduplication rule sets.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and delivering funnel conversion dashboards.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations with strong written communication and attention to detail.
