Revenue Management Flight Analyst

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Revenue Management Flight Analyst to join its commercial team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on optimizing inventory, overbooking strategies, and demand forecasting across the airline’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast no‑show and cancellation trends, manage overbooking and inventory during peak periods using market insights and historical data.
• Monitor forward booking trends, analyse route performance and address forecast deviations in partnership with Revenue Management, Market and Group teams.
• Collaborate with Network Operations and Airport Managers to anticipate denied‑boarding situations and provide commercial solutions.
• Design and implement inventory approaches for redemption and non‑revenue travel, evaluate revenue dilution risks and produce performance reporting.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business, Statistics or a numerate discipline.
• 4+ years of travel industry experience, including at least 2 years in Revenue Management, Commercial Sales or analytics.
• Experience with inventory management and Revenue Management systems; familiarity with PROS is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and commercial acumen with a passion for aviation.
