Revenue Projects Manager – EMEA

About the role

The Manager, Revenue Projects – EMEA is an accelerated development role within Four Seasons’ Corporate Revenue Management team. Reporting to the Area Director of Revenue – EMEA and based in Dubai, you will support regional revenue management through performance analysis, reporting and strategic projects. The position provides hands‑on exposure to pricing, distribution, analytics and commercial decision‑making across the hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze key performance metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy and GOPPAR to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate market intelligence, competitor pricing and demand patterns using benchmarking and rate‑shopping tools.
• Support regional revenue initiatives and strategic projects aimed at optimizing pricing, inventory and channel performance.
• Participate in hotel performance reviews and commercial discussions to understand market dynamics.
• Assist with revenue system audits, configuration reviews and setup requirements for new hotel openings.
• Analyze effectiveness of distribution channels, monitor rate parity and contribute to distribution optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and improve revenue and distribution processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Hotel Operations, Financial Analysis or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a passion for working with data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
