Reward Lead MENAP

About the role

Embark on a rewarding journey as the Reward Lead with Reckitt. Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, you will design and implement comprehensive reward programmes across the MENAP region (Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan), ensuring that excellence is recognised and rewarded.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual compensation and performance cycles, including pay‑for‑performance reviews, bonus programmes and related processes.
• Advise and partner with HR teams and business leaders on reward strategies, policies and best practices.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to keep compensation and benefits offerings competitive and compliant.
• Develop and maintain salary structures aligned with organisational guidelines and market benchmarks.
• Manage international mobility programmes, including transfer offers and global benefit providers such as medical, pension and mobility services.
• Oversee relationships with external reward service providers.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in reward management, compensation or total rewards.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic business partner and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑led storytelling and change management.
