About the role
The Guest Service Expert on the rooftop creates memorable dining experiences for guests, combining food, drinks, and attentive service. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring safety, quality, and professionalism at all times. The role requires physical stamina and a proactive attitude to deliver seamless service.
Key responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, ensuring proper presentation of food and beverages.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area and supplies.
- Handle menu inquiries, verify information, and assist guests with selections.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) while navigating sloping or uneven surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
