Room Attendant – 4‑Star Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join our 4‑star hotel team in Dubai. You will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms and assigned public areas are cleaned to the highest standards while delivering courteous and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Refresh linens, replenish amenities, and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure rooms are presented with a high level of comfort and presentation.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests and respond to their requests promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeping Attendant, or similar role, preferably in a 4‑star or upscale hotel.
• Good knowledge of hotel cleaning and housekeeping standards.
• Physically fit, able to stand, bend, lift and work for extended periods.
• Professional appearance, reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic communication skills in English and a guest‑focused attitude.
• Available to join immediately.
