Room Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team in Dubai. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to a pleasant stay for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage or missing items and report issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Respond politely to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain and care for cleaning equipment, chemicals and supplies.
• Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organised and stocked.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and security procedures while respecting guest privacy.

Required profile

• Strong guest service orientation.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Effective time management to complete assigned rooms within required time.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other hotel departments.
• Reliability, punctuality and professional appearance.
• Organisational skills for managing supplies and equipment.
