About the role
The Room Service Waiter will deliver food and beverage orders directly to guests’ rooms, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. The role requires clear communication, attention to dietary needs, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in their rooms.
- Set tables according to event type and service standards.
- Answer menu questions and communicate with the kitchen about orders, allergies, and special requests.
- Record orders in the MICROS system and present accurate checks for payment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware and complete closing duties such as restocking and turning off lights.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of room service or food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Fluent Arabic language skills for guest interaction.
