About the role
Mira Clinic, an international centre specialising in dental cosmetics, plastic surgery and hair‑transplant services, is seeking a bilingual Russian‑speaking Telesales Representative to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on contacting prospective clients, presenting the clinic’s services and nurturing long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience
- Fluent in Russian (spoken and written)
- Very good to excellent level of English
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Willingness to work extended hours when required

What we offer
- Basic salary of 5,000 AED per month
- Commission ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 EUR (approximately 3% of sales)
