SAAS Sales Manager

About the role

Gemini Trading Group is expanding its footprint with leading insurance partners in the region. The SAAS Sales Manager will design and execute a high‑performing SaaS sales process, nurture existing client relationships, and drive acquisition of new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a scalable SaaS sales pipeline for current and prospective clients.
• Identify, target, and onboard new insurance and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor SaaS solutions to client needs.
• Consistently generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Document and share best practices from the biggest closed deals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience focused on SaaS and solution selling.
• Proven ability to create and manage a SaaS sales process and pipeline.
• Track record of consistent revenue generation and ability to detail top five deals.
• Must already reside in the United Arab Emirates.
