About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Salad Maker to join our top‑rated Lebanese restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh salads, ensuring attractive presentation, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of salads according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Decorate dishes to enhance visual appeal and meet restaurant presentation guidelines.
- Clean and wash all equipment used in food preparation.
- Organise and maintain a tidy personal work area throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience as a salad maker or in a similar food‑preparation role.
- Willingness to work full‑time in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
Required skills
- Salad preparation and plating techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to clean and maintain kitchen equipment.
