Sales Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will be based on‑site in Dubai, managing and expanding a portfolio of client accounts for Tech Fortress. You will act as the primary commercial contact, aligning our information security, IT managed services and SaaS solutions with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a portfolio of client accounts, building long‑term relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Develop tailored proposals that match Tech Fortress solutions to client requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Track sales performance, keep accurate records in CRM systems, and contribute to sales forecasts and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Strong account management and customer service skills with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Interest or knowledge in information security, IT managed services, or SaaS solutions.
• Relevant B2B technology or services sales experience, preferably in the Middle East.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and engage with clients in person.
