Sales Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts in Dubai, UAE. You will act as the primary point of contact, understand client needs, propose tailored solutions and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory or industry.
• Understand client requirements and present appropriate product or service solutions.
• Deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly, semi‑annual and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales Engineering, Solution Architects, Marketing and Customer Support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client insights and market trends.
• Support finance in payment collection and PMO in signing delivery certificates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT, SaaS or telecommunications sector.
• Technical background or solid understanding of the company’s products/services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and independent‑working abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
