Sales Account Manager – Property – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will own a portfolio of real‑estate agency clients, helping them maximise the value of their advertising on Bayut and dubizzle platforms. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will drive client retention, product adoption and revenue growth through data‑driven recommendations and strategic account planning.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for agency clients, building long‑term relationships.
• Drive contract renewals, upsell and cross‑sell advertising solutions to meet revenue targets.
• Analyse listing and lead performance, delivering actionable insights to improve visibility and ROI.
• Educate clients on platform products and optimise their use of advertising tools.
• Provide market trend, pricing and competitor insights to keep agencies competitive.
• Develop tailored growth strategies based on inventory, target market and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, product and operations teams to enhance client experience.
• Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues and coordinate timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real‑estate advertising.
• Based in Abu Dhabi with intermediate knowledge of sales processes.
