Sales Advisor – Car Rental Experience

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to drive car rental sales in our Ras Al Khor branch. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, generate new business and achieve sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential corporate and individual customers to promote rental services.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking and client meetings.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Present rental packages, promotions and services, and close sales to meet assigned targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries and coordinate vehicle delivery and return.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and prepare regular sales reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the fleet, rental policies, promotions and industry updates.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in the car rental industry.
• Fluent English; professional proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service practices.
