Sales Agent – Real Estate (Ajman)

About the role

Ennova Realty is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join its Ajman team. The full‑time role focuses on driving property sales, building client relationships, and guiding customers through the UAE real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and pursue sales leads through various channels to expand the client base.
• Promote and sell a diverse range of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present features and benefits to prospective buyers.
• Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales deals to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real‑estate sales (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Valid UAE residence visa.
• UAE driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
