Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our agency in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging business owners, brand managers and founders to sell our recurring services such as branding, video production, social media management and paid advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and build targeted lists of local and regional businesses through cold outreach, phone calls, WhatsApp and in‑person meetings.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand clients’ revenue goals and present tailored agency solutions.
• Follow up aggressively, negotiate proposals and close retainer or project contracts.
• Maintain a clear CRM pipeline tracking each deal from first touch to signed agreement.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, media or software services.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, with strong cold‑calling confidence.
• Self‑starter who proactively generates leads and meets sales quotas.

Required skills

• Understanding of agency terminology such as retainer models, ROAS, creative production and ad campaigns.
