Sales Associate – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Associate to join our growing financial services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid sales experience, strong communication abilities, and a good understanding of both the Indian and UAE markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Understand client financial planning needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Schedule meetings with senior consultants when required.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
• Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads.
• Stay updated on market trends and company offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, banking or investments.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian and UAE markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Self‑motivated with a target‑oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and CRM systems).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
