Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to represent our brand in-store, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will maintain store standards, support visual merchandising and assist the Store Manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products, promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain a professional appearance, stay flexible for peak periods and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed following visual merchandising guidelines and manage stock, including clearance items.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash, credit and voucher transactions, balance the till and process refunds accurately.
• Monitor store security, follow loss‑prevention policies and replenish the sales floor to guarantee product availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is preferred.
• Well‑groomed, professional demeanor and willingness to work extended hours during busy periods.
• Ability to stay informed about product features, benefits and care instructions.
