Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand in a retail environment, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, guiding them to products that meet their needs and converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the loyalty program and educate shoppers on product features, benefits, and care instructions.
• Maintain a well‑groomed, professional appearance and stay flexible for extended hours during peak periods.
• Arrange merchandise according to visual merchandising guidelines and manage stock, including clearance items.
• Accurately operate the POS system, process payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash till.
• Record inventory movements, replenish the sales floor, and support loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in a sales or retail role is advantageous.
• Professional demeanor, willingness to work flexible hours, and up‑to‑date product knowledge.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating a Point of Sale (POS) system.
