About the role

The Sales Associate represents the brand in a retail environment, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products.
• Promote the loyalty program and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Maintain a well‑groomed, professional appearance and stay flexible for peak periods.
• Ensure products are attractively displayed according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Record and manage inventory for incoming and outgoing stock.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, issue receipts and refunds.
• Balance the cash till at the start and end of each shift.
• Replenish and re‑merchandise the sales floor to keep items available.
