Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will be the front‑line representative of Azadea Group’s retail stores in the United Arab Emirates. You will greet customers, understand their needs and deliver a high‑standard shopping experience while supporting store operations and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, offer assistance and respond to enquiries promptly, ensuring compliance with quality and service standards.
• Drive sales through up‑selling, cross‑selling and recommending alternative products.
• Maintain accurate inventory by receiving shipments, performing physical and electronic stock checks and reporting any irregularities.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, replenish shelves continuously and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• For fashion items: take measurements, assign prices from the price list and coordinate alterations.
• For multimedia products: promote related services, monitor product performance and arrange merchandise according to sales trends and manager recommendations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Minimum of 1 month retail experience.
• Strong customer‑focus and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic planning, organization and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
