Sales Associate – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive store sales through exceptional customer service. You will work on the shop floor, ensuring a welcoming environment and supporting the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club AIVI Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is displayed attractively.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash tills accurately.
• Monitor inventory movements and keep accurate records of stock inward/outward.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention policies, store SOPs, and maintain confidentiality of sales data.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to convey a professional image at all times.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of the group’s brands to enable suggestive selling.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
• Attention to detail to minimise stock loss and ensure accurate cash handling.
