Sales Associate - UAE National

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the Apparel Group brand by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within the store. The role involves maintaining visual standards, handling transactions, and supporting loss‑prevention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products while promoting the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
• Maintain store presentation by arranging stock according to visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring clearance items are displayed correctly.
• Operate the POS system, process cash, card, voucher and automatic debit payments, and reconcile the cash till at shift start and end.
• Record inventory movements, generate reports, and monitor stock loss through loss‑prevention procedures.
• Adhere to SOPs, maintain confidentiality of sales figures, and stay vigilant about store security.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed, presentable and knowledgeable about the group’s brands.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, extended hours during sales periods, and overtime as needed.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to minimise stock loss.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
