Sales Associate – Watches

About the role

Our client, a leading luxury retail group, is seeking a Sales Associate specialized in watches to join their Dubai store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing premium watch brands.

Key responsibilities

• Understanding and assisting customers with product, price, and service queries.
• Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
• Achieving sales targets using advanced sales techniques, up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Handling new launches, product promotions and visual merchandising.
• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring store cleanliness and hygiene.
• Implementing CRM at store level and providing relevant feedback.
• Coordinating with the Customer Care Centre for after‑sales service.
• Generating daily sales reports.
• Following company procedures for ordering, cash handling and other common practices.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of watch features, benefits and competing brands.
• Familiarity with internal procedures, processes and systems.
• Strong selling and presentation abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Immaculate grooming and professional appearance.
• Basic numerical ability and IT competence.
