Sales & Business Development Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Intern to join Maverick Digilabs in Ajman. The role offers hands‑on exposure to B2B sales, lead generation and digital marketing while working closely with our business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential business clients across the UAE.
• Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, online research and other digital platforms.
• Contact prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
• Schedule meetings and consultations for senior business development staff.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in spreadsheets.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture business opportunities.
• Support outbound sales initiatives and meet daily/weekly activity targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work independently.
• Positive, goal‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus, not required.
