About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our award‑winning real‑estate team in Dubai. The role focuses on building long‑term client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving property sales in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
• Conduct market appraisals and prepare property listings.
• Enter and manage property data in the Reapit CRM system.
• Qualify clients, arrange viewings and act as a negotiator to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, fostering trust and transparency.
• Keep accurate records of properties, clients, and owners.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand knowledge.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Collaborative, proactive and energetic approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Reapit CRM platform.
