About the role

Betterhomes, a leading real‑estate agency in Dubai, is seeking an energetic Sales Consultant to join its dynamic team. You will play a key role in connecting landlords, sellers and tenants, helping clients find the perfect property while driving the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential landlords and sellers on a daily basis to generate new listings.
• Capture high‑quality photographs and craft compelling property descriptions for online portals.
• Network with landlords, sellers, buyers and tenants to understand their needs.
• Match clients with suitable leasing or sales solutions based on market knowledge.
• Stay informed about market trends and maintain accurate records.
• Build trust through clear, consistent communication throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or client‑facing roles.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Dubai.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
