Sales Consultant – Residential Property

About the role

The Sales Consultant will generate and manage qualified leads to drive residential property sales for Dubai Holding Real Estate. The role involves advising customers on inventory, purchasing options and promotional opportunities, while acting as a brand ambassador for the company's developments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads to meet revenue targets.
• Advise customers on available inventory, purchasing options, upcoming developments and promotions.
• Represent Dubai Holding Real Estate as a brand ambassador to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers and business partners.
• Deliver sales presentations, negotiate deals and guide clients through the sales journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address enquiries and resolve issues.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and property developments to provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures and legal/regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s or certifications a plus).
• 3‑5 years of experience in property or real‑estate sales or a commercial sales environment.
• Proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking and interpersonal abilities.
