Sales Coordinator & Accounts Assistant

About the role

Avadh Metal & Building Materials LLC is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator/Accounts Assistant to support both the sales and finance teams in Dubai. The role blends sales support with core accounting duties, offering a great entry point for recent graduates or candidates with a few years of experience in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, invoicing, and follow‑up with customers.
• Assist day‑to‑day accounting tasks using ERP and accounting software.
• Compile financial statements, reports, and support month‑end close.
• Coordinate audit activities and liaise with external auditors.
• Facilitate communication between sales and accounts departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation using MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/PDF.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Previous exposure to sales support or coordination is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills.
• Ability to work with Adobe Acrobat/PDF.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws.
