Sales Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join La Marzocco’s Dubai branch. In this role you will support the Managing Director in driving sales and turnover across home and commercial coffee equipment, while fostering relationships with partners, end‑users and the wider coffee community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage home and commercial sales activities within the assigned market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners and resellers.
• Communicate directly with end customers, including home users, roasters and other businesses.
• Generate and analyse sales reports to track performance against targets.
• Support the Managing Director with operational tasks and branch administration.
• Identify new market opportunities and propose innovative sales strategies.
• Provide sales support and equipment recommendations to the reseller network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the region.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time and a valid driving licence.
• Fluent written and spoken English and strong Arabic proficiency.
• Previous experience in the coffee or broader F&B industry and a genuine interest in specialty coffee.
• Proactive, time‑oriented and able to work independently with a positive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of budgeting tools and sales planning.
