Sales Coordinator (Dubai)

About the role

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and facilitating internal communication. This role enables sales representatives to focus on acquiring new clients while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately in the CRM/ERP system and generate quotes, invoices, and contracts.
• Respond to sales inquiries via WhatsApp Business, phone calls, and professional email correspondence, providing product guidance and sending catalogues/specification sheets.
• Track shipments and delivery statuses to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, pricing, and product availability.
• Coordinate sales meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items to the team.
• Liaise with logistics, finance, and inventory departments to resolve order discrepancies.
• Maintain and update CRM databases, manage sales documentation, and ensure secure organization of digital files and contracts.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Odoo).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
